Art Gilliland is CEO at Delinea and brings proven success in the global enterprise software industry, leading large organizations in product development, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS operations. He most recently was SVP/GM of the Symantec Enterprise Division of Broadcom reporting to the CEO, where he led the integration and business operations post-acquisition. Before Symantec, Art held executive positions at Skyport Systems, HP, Symantec, and IMlogic.

Chris Kelly is the President of Go-To-Market (GTM) at Delinea, where he oversees Global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success. With more than 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Chris has a proven track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams across all stages of growth, from startups to global enterprises.

Stephanie Reiter is the Chief Financial Officer at Delinea and brings over 20 years of experience in leading high-growth companies through periods of change. Most recently, she was the CFO of Minted where she was responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury. Previously, Stephanie held senior leadership roles at Pivotal Software and Lending Club, where she played a key role in each of their respective IPOs. Throughout her career, Stephanie has spent time across a broad range of industries including financial services, fintech, enterprise software, and internet/e-commerce, working in both startup and large multi-national environments.

Phil Calvin brings more than 25 years of software development, technical leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Delinea. His areas of expertise include technical strategy, cloud architecture, and engineering executive management. Prior to Delinea, Phil spent nearly a decade at Salesforce in a variety of architectural and engineering leadership roles, most recently leading the Platform Engineering organization and focusing on making the Salesforce platform trusted, accessible, and scalable. His earlier career includes several startups and engineering roles, including serving as Principal Architect at Citrix after an acquisition of another one of his companies.

Suzanne Tom is Chief Legal Officer at Delinea, overseeing legal and regulatory matters and serving as corporate secretary. Suzanne brings more than 30 years of experience working with public and private companies in the technology industry. Prior to joining Delinea, Suzanne was most recently SVP and General Counsel at Calix, where she was instrumental in guiding the business through its successful transformation to a platform and SaaS company while building strong governance and operational processes for strategic growth. Prior to Calix, Suzanne was VP, corporate legal and compliance at Verifone through a period of significant global expansion organically and through acquisitions. Previously, she held a number of legal and corporate roles, including serving as a law clerk to Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (retired) and practicing as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP. Prior to her legal career, Suzanne worked as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young and in several financial roles with technology startups in Silicon Valley.

Josh DeLong is the Chief Customer Officer at Delinea, responsible for driving an exceptional customer experience by leading all customer-facing functions, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. Josh brings over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, having built and scaled delivery, customer success, and client engagement organizations at Forcepoint, Redowl, and Protagonist. Earlier in his career, Josh served as Principal Director of Strategy at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he led strategic assessments of critical national security issues.

With more than two decades of experience in technology and cybersecurity, Kate Reed assumes leadership of all marketing functions and initiatives and will play a pivotal role in growing Delinea’s global footprint. Kate has a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and bolstering brand recognition on a global scale. She most recently served as CMO at Devo, a global leader in enterprise logging and security analytics, and was previously also CMO at Syniti, an enterprise data management provider. Kate also held various marketing leadership roles at IBM over more than 15 years, including as CMO for IBM’s $2.5B cybersecurity division where she led a global team of 200+ marketing professionals.

Pierre is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology. He joins us with a wealth of experience successfully building, scaling and maturing best-in-class enterprise-wide security programs. He brings expertise engaging with customers on their top of mind security concerns.Most recently Pierre served as Deputy CISO at SailPoint. Previously, Pierre has held various leadership roles at organizations such as Lenovo and Oracle where he built highly rated Cybersecurity and Product Security Programs. Throughout his career, Pierre has served as leader, architect, engineer, researcher, and instructor, which has provided him with a unique perspective on the role of cybersecurity and how it can be used to facilitate and drive growth.

Missy Ballew is the Chief People Officer at Delinea responsible for employee experience, talent development and workforce strategy. Missy is a seasoned global executive with extensive experience leading organizational transformation across complex private and public enterprises. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, talent development, organizational design, and leadership team effectiveness. Missy has 20 years of experience in Human Resources, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Lookout where she has been instrumental in driving culture and organizational change to accelerate profitable growth. Previously, Missy was Global Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity at HP, where she led global talent and diversity strategies, executive team development, and succession planning.
