Art Gilliland
Art Gilliland is CEO at Delinea and brings proven success in the global enterprise software industry, leading large organizations in product development, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS operations. He most recently was SVP/GM of the Symantec Enterprise Division of Broadcom reporting to the CEO, where he led the integration and business operations post-acquisition. Before Symantec, Art held executive positions at Skyport Systems, HP, Symantec, and IMlogic.

Rick Hanson
A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for almost 20 years with nearly 30 years of experience developing high-performing teams, Rick Hanson brings a unique understanding of the challenges today’s security and IT teams face to Delinea where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and execution as President. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Onapsis and Chief Revenue Officer at Brightcove, where he led global sales, professional services, channel, customer success, tech support, and field operations. Previously, Rick held several executive go-to-market leadership roles at CA Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, and RSA. He is also an active board member for the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC). Rick began his career in the U.S. Air Force and served as an IT Director for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie Reiter
Stephanie Reiter is the Chief Financial Officer at Delinea and brings over 20 years of experience in leading high-growth companies through periods of change. Most recently, she was the CFO of Minted where she was responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury. Previously, Stephanie held senior leadership roles at Pivotal Software and Lending Club, where she played a key role in each of their respective IPOs. Throughout her career, Stephanie has spent time across a broad range of industries including financial services, fintech, enterprise software, and internet/e-commerce, working in both startup and large multi-national environments.

Phil Calvin
Phil Calvin brings more than 25 years of software development, technical leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Delinea. His areas of expertise include technical strategy, cloud architecture, and engineering executive management. Prior to Delinea, Phil spent nearly a decade at Salesforce in a variety of architectural and engineering leadership roles, most recently leading the Platform Engineering organization and focusing on making the Salesforce platform trusted, accessible, and scalable. His earlier career includes several startups and engineering roles, including serving as Principal Architect at Citrix after an acquisition of another one of his companies.
Chief Legal Officer
Suzanne Tom
Suzanne Tom is Chief Legal Officer at Delinea, overseeing legal and regulatory matters and serving as corporate secretary. Suzanne brings more than 30 years of experience working with public and private companies in the technology industry. Prior to joining Delinea, Suzanne was most recently SVP and General Counsel at Calix, where she was instrumental in guiding the business through its successful transformation to a platform and SaaS company while building strong governance and operational processes for strategic growth. Prior to Calix, Suzanne was VP, corporate legal and compliance at Verifone through a period of significant global expansion organically and through acquisitions. Previously, she held a number of legal and corporate roles, including serving as a law clerk to Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (retired) and practicing as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP. Prior to her legal career, Suzanne worked as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young and in several financial roles with technology startups in Silicon Valley.
Chief Operating Officer
Josh DeLong
Josh DeLong is COO & Chief of Staff at Delinea, overseeing the cross-functional execution and optimization of critical business processes affecting the Delinea customer and employee experience. As Chief of Staff, Josh also supports the CEO in driving strategic and operational alignment within Delinea’s executive team. He brings over 20 years of private and public sector experience to the role, including building and scaling delivery, customer success, and client engagement organizations at Forcepoint, Redowl, and Protagonist. Prior to that Josh proudly served as Principal Director of Strategy at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he led strategic assessments of critical national security issues.
Chief Revenue Officer
David Castignola
David Castignola brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, including 20 years at RSA culminating as the leader of the global sales team. While at RSA, he notably created and led the customer response program during the RSA SecurID breach. Following his time at RSA, David was the first CRO at Optiv and guided the acquisition of Cylance, then becoming Chief Operating Officer at BlackberryCylance. Most recently he doubled revenues over the past two years at crowd-sourced security provider Bugcrowd.
Chief Marketing Officer
Kate Reed
With more than two decades of experience in technology and cybersecurity, Kate Reed assumes leadership of all marketing functions and initiatives and will play a pivotal role in growing Delinea’s global footprint. Kate has a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and bolstering brand recognition on a global scale. She most recently served as CMO at Devo, a global leader in enterprise logging and security analytics, and was previously also CMO at Syniti, an enterprise data management provider. Kate also held various marketing leadership roles at IBM over more than 15 years, including as CMO for IBM’s $2.5B cybersecurity division where she led a global team of 200+ marketing professionals.
