Join Delinea for an intimate evening at The Cave, the cozy, underground dining room tucked beneath Ariete, Coconut Grove's Michelin-starred restaurant from Chef Michael Beltran. Ariete holds the distinction of being the first restaurant in Miami to earn a Michelin star, and The Cave is where that kitchen hosts its most exclusive private events. The room holds only a handful of guests at a time, which is exactly the point.
Over a seven-course tasting menu paired with a premium open bar, we'll trade the usual conference-room pitch for something better: real conversation, exceptional food, and a night worth clearing your calendar for.
This is a small, invite-only gathering for enterprise leaders across Florida who care about identity security and want to spend an evening with peers who get it, without a slide deck in sight.

Featured Speakers
Chef-owner Michael Beltran built Ariete Hospitality Group on a deeply Miami foundation. Born in Hialeah and raised in Little Havana, he trained under some of the city's most respected chefs before setting out to define South Florida's culinary voice in his own right.
That voice traces back to his grandparents, Cuban exiles who used food to bring people together at the family table. Combined with the technique he picked up from his mentors, that upbringing shaped a philosophy where food is both a way to build relationships and a way to tell a story, an approach that runs through every Ariete Hospitality Group concept, including The Cave.
Chef Mike's work has earned him two James Beard Award semifinalist nods for Best Chef: South, as well as StarChefs Rising Star honors. The Cave, tucked beneath Ariete's main dining room, is where his team hosts the restaurant's most exclusive private events.
